Application Info and Checklist
Thank you for your interest in NCC Early Learning Child Development Center. In order to enroll your child(ren), you must be eligible and provide the following documentation.
Eligibility -
A child is eligible for the program if they are between the ages of 8 weeks and 5 years old. For PK3, the child must be 3 years old by September 30, and for PK4, the child must be 4 years old by September 30.

Once completed, you will be placed on the Waitlist. You will receive a phone call or email from NCC within one week of applying to discuss next steps.
▢ Envelope Sized or Long Form Birth certificate for all enrolling children and all dependents
▢ Enrolling parent’s current picture ID
▢ Proof of Income dated within 30 days (examples: (2) consecutive paystubs, SSI, SS, TANF, Retirement, child support)
